Returns + Exchanges

It is my hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. All pieces (excluding certain custom pieces) can be returned with full refund or exchange if you contact me within 1 week of delivery. In general, pieces must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of contact and must be shipped with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend that you insure and track the package. I am not responsible for packages returned without tracking information and if unreturned, refunds will not be issued. After the piece is received, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for new item shipping costs. Pieces will not be refunded or exchanged past 30 days.
